We want you to love your ZBG gear. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Eligibility 

You may return unworn, unwashed, and unused items within 14 days of delivery. Item must be in their original condition and packaging.

Non-refundable items

  • Customs, personalized , or mad-to-order pieces are final sale, unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

  • This includes special prints, name customization, or limited-edition drops.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If  your order arrives damaged,, incorrect, or not up to ZBG standards, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Funds will be returned to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless we made a error with your order.

  • For exchanges, we'll guide you through placing a new order once your return is approved.
